Based on the Internet Archive, that particular page hasn't existed since mid-2013, and no one seems to have noticed before now. The information in the last snapshot, https://web.archive.org/web/20130511015110/http://wiki.winehq.org/DirectPlay..., is completely out of date. So no, it is not something that should be restored.
OTOH, if someone wants to create and maintain a new, up-to-date page, they are free to do so. Anyone can create a wiki account and request edit privileges. Personally I believe the time would be better spent checking and if necessary updating the relevant AppDB entries, because that's really where that info belongs.
