It seems unlikely. At this point, the most helpful thing for this bug would be
a log of a current version of proper Wine, i.e. either wine-1.9.12 or current
git, in a clean Wine prefix.

As far as I can tell from the log, the current log is from PlayOnLinux versions
of Wine 1.3.27 and Wine 1.7.16, both of which are pretty old, with various
overrides and registry modifications.
