Laptop specs and output for Commandos 3 with upstream Wine 3.19

I've tested Wine 3.19 with Commandos 3 (also directx 9, though older) on my
laptop (different machine). No slowdown whatsoever. I'll test my desktop with
this Wine version tomorrow, with several games.
