[Bug 34247] Default installation path is wrong

This was indeed an issue but now the path is "C:\Program Files\GUILD WARS" with
LANG set to de_DE.UTF-8 instead of "C:\Programme\GUILD WARS".

Widows XP 32 bit with a german localization does create C:\Programme on the
installation and will use it as default directory.
