Any idea if the patch fixes other itunes bugs? I was about to test them in clean wineprefix, but I cant even start itunes it complains about some library that it's newer than currently in use or something like that. It must be some leftover of some itunes install.
Does 'rm -rf "~/Documents/My Music/iTunes"' help?
