trying to paste non-latin text in notepad results in pasting the unicode
representation of it.

for example:pasting ÔÓíÈáÇÊäã results in

\u0634\u0628\u064a\u0634\u0633\u0628\u0634\u0633\u064a\u0628\u0634\u0633\u064a

which is not the desired behaviour
