Log of a switch from windowed mode to fullscreen.

This is the log of me starting the game after a failed attempt to switch from
windowed mode to fullscreen. The game starts in fullscreen with no problems. I
then proceed to change from fullscreen to windowed (no problem there) and then
back to fullscreen where i get a black screen. (If i quit the game and start it
up again i get a normal fullscreen mode, no black screen and so forth...)
