fix for texture corruption

I submitted this patch to wine-patches. It fixes corruption on geforce 2 mx
(and, probably, on all cards that have EXT_paletted_texture).

Triffid Hunter: most likely it won't fix the sky colored cars problem for you.
I suggest you open separate bug for that.
