I'm a bit confused here, especially as to how the 32 bit package is working and
what it's linking against.

There does not appear to BE a 32 bit libssl.so or libssl.so.0.9.8 included in
Ubuntu 64 that I can link against by hand during the build process like shown
on the wiki page - it's missing from the ia32-libs package.

What's going on?
