Yes, everything checked in Graphics Options, including Hardware Acceleration.

Some measurement by "WINEDEBUG=+fps wine DKII.exe" gives me cca 85 fps.

I would guess - ATI driver bug? Also in bug 22643 someone complains about poor
performance in game menu, which i don't see. Any chance for you to try older
wine like 1.1.20 (bug 22643 claims that this one does not suffer from the
performance problem).
