[Bug 13745] Installing DirectX breaks "gold" VB6 heavy application

A lot of games refuse to install without installing the DirectX DLLS.  If I
want to install those games there's nothing I can do but let them install. 
I've solved the problem in the short-term by installing the GURPS program in
it's own directory, rather than a shared one.
