After patches, seems to work

I tested about 30 minutes. I tried everything I could to produce issues but it
was not to be. So I guess it might be fixed.

Previously this issue has been mostly audible during music. And I'm quite sure
there were no issues with music.

As I was not able to iterate all effects, I'm not super sure if everything is
perfectly fixed.
