Except that I have a Radeon R7 360 that supports OpenGL *4.5* with the latest
version of Mesa (which I am running). So "yes", I expect Wine still to work
correctly when I *downgrade* to OpenGL 4.1.

Which radeonsi supports. So what's your point?
