[Bug 11327] Dragon NaturallySpeaking 9.0 Pref launcher no longer works

My regression testing worked well up to a point. I found many instances where
the git worked, and many where it did not, and applied "bisect good" and
"bisect bad" as appropriate. Finally it narrowed down to what you see above,
but the command:
git bisect visualize did not seem to work. 
I have left my git the way it was until I hear if there is anything more I can
do with it.
