LocalBadContent takes regexes why not add one for external links?
How are you imaging that? LocalBadContent already contains hundreds of keywords but that doesn't prevent adding spam.
For other ideas pls add links in here on how/what to do.
http://www.google.com/search?q=stop+wiki+spam gives plenty of ideas/recommendations. Is that enough?
