[Bug 27956] Dragon Naturally Speaking: Sound no longer works; sample rates and size is no longer supported

Henri's patch solved the issue. (9/27 git used.) Winecfg's button now works and
the sound button worked, and I heard a sound. 
I am still unable to test with NatSpeak because of my installation issue. Let
me know if you want me to re-test when the installation is resolved. 
Andrew I did not try your patch.
