These are apps that work in individual sessions, but when ran together have the
aforementioned behavior - i.e. systray icons work properly until one of the
apps is closed.

The two apps are SimHubWPF.exe and JoyToKey.exe started consequentially in a
cmd console. Initially the systray contextual menus work and the icons respond
to mouse clicks. Once one of the apps (JoyToKey.exe) is closed, the systray
icon on the other app stops responding to mouse clicks.
