Output of "WINEDEBUG=+x11drv,+key,+keyboard,+event wine notepad"

As requested, the log of starting notepad with
the given WINEDEBUG settings and pressing the
right shift key.  The cursor stops blink at
the moment I press the shift key - I don't have
to release it.  Then killed notepad with CTRL-C.
