Stack Dump from Terraria

This bug still exists. I am running Terraria, and whenever I create a
character, the game crashes with the stack dump attatched. The character list
is also not viewable.

Terraria uses .NET 4.0 (dotnet40), and the XNA 4.0 framework (xna40).

This only happens when I use a windows version newer than XP, however, XP and
older have audio issues (stuttering). I have tried changing the bcrypt.dll
overrides, and it always crashes at the same time.
