[Bug 12578] err:mshtml:init_xpcom NS_InitXPCOM2 failed: 80004005 in htmlhelp

I found out that it also happens with builtin hhctrl.ocx but you have to wait
couple minutes (sic!) to release gecko engine.

Steps:
1. install gpstrack
2. open gpstrack with WINEDEBUG="-all,trace+mshtml"
3. F1, browse
4. close help
5. wait until you see in console

trace:mshtml:close_gecko

6. if you're lucky and it didn't crash, you can press F1 again and you'll get

"HTML rendering is currently disabled"
