Please don't attach logs if we don't ask for them, they can be rather distracting. The default logs would have been fine. From your log:

Error 2 is ERROR_FILE_NOT_FOUND. If the file mentioned doesn't exist (please check), it's likely a problem with the program's installation, not an OLE bug.
