As of wine-1.3.12, the Bug as stated,"...help content panel is
blank for most chapters," is no longer present in Mozart 10.

Using  wine-1.3.12, the Help contents do indeed display as text,
but without image rendering and without the ability to follow
links in the text. Javascript popups such as"javascript:mzpopup(..."
are also not rendered.
