[Bug 9412] FL Studio 7 installer fails to register Vorbis codec in system.ini

Okay, I retested this (this time using wine-1.3.28) by listening to the demo
track in Windows 7 and again, the same demo track through Wine. They sound
completely identical, with no elements missing from the song.

Also, I opened up regedit in wine and found the vorbis driver registered at
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Drivers32.

And for extra insurance, I started a new project in FL (in wine), and inserted
an audio clip instrument that plays back an ogg-encoded track stored on my
computer. It played the track through just fine.

Again, it seems fixed to me.
