download, then do:
$ rm -rf ~/.wine
$ winetricks -q dotnet20
$ wine APB_North_America_Installer.exe

and install. After install, it'll run itself, and crash. Terminal shows:

sure enough, 'winetricks gdiplus' works around the crash.
