[Bug 10126] .Net 1.1 fails on install in regsvcs.exe

I've also tried installing Mono and then installing the application that calls
for M$.NET.  I will continue to try to see what caused the problem.

Also, I have the original Darwine build so I can re-build and re-install.  This
may be what I need to do.

I will also access the Mono site to see how I can install the application that
is calling for .NET.
