Line 23 of comctl_En.rc:
 CAPTION "Properties for "

This caption is used to specify the titlebar of control panel.
But this format of caption doesn't support Japanese word order.
(Japanese word order is "%s のプロパティ".)

Please look at line 209 of winefile/en.rc:
 CAPTION "Properties for %s"

This format supports Japanese word order.
So please change caption format of comctl32 to that of winefile.
