[Bug 9864] RipIt4Me: no longer able to load IFOs

I was able to run the regression but I was not able to determine which change
caused the problem. The problem seemed to be stateful. It would stay broken
even as I moved backwards through the regression. But if I rebooted it would
start working. So I would have to re-boot between each regression. I just ran
out of time to get through them all. But then the problem went away in a later
release. I am on 0.9.53 and all is well. So, if no one else is still having
this problem, maybe this bug can be closed.
