You didn't describe the problem. Also, please don't enable a debug flag unless asked, it can be rather distracting.
Ok, sorry, thought debug might help. Let me know if you want me to run without it or any other changes. I though the basics of the problem were clear enough. It doesn't install at all, as described in bug #8499. Sorry, I'm not exactly an experienced bug filer.
