[Bug 803] - virtualdub hangs up

i just noticed that the ./configure gives this :

*** Warning: non-reentrant libc detected. Wine will be built without
*** threading support. Consider upgrading libc to a more recent
*** reentrant version of libc.

could it be the problem? and if so, how to fix it?
