The way to sort out dependency problems is to work your way backwards. Try installing wine-devel-i386, see what apt complains about, and try installing that. Repeat until you've installed whatever was blocking everything. If you need further help, ask for it on https://forum.winehq.org/. Bugzilla is not for user support.
