Thank you for the suggestion about the new WINEPREFIX.
So I uninstalled the game, created the new WINEPREFIX and reinstalled the game within the new WINEPREFIX.
In this WINEPREFIX I have only DirectX9 installed since the game does require DirectX9.
$ WINEPREFIX=~/.wine_simple winetricks list-installed d3dx9_26 d3dx9_28 d3dx9_31 d3dx9_35 d3dx9_36 d3dx9_39 d3dx9_42 d3dx9_43 d3dx9
Unfortunately the only thing that changed is that now I see at least a cursor on a black screen. I can move the Cursor and see that my desktop and screen resolution is messed up.
I upload the logs I copied from the Console Output.
