d3d popup error

The game crashes during the initial loading screen and gives the attached popup
message. Happens on both amd and nvidia.

The launcher is also affected by
https://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=44985

in wined3d and can be worked around with WINEDLLOVERRIDES="libglesv2=d" to get
the game to the launching/crashing point.
