[Bug 27290] A crash occurs when CreateFileW is pass the contents of an XML file instead of the filename.

In the latest version of Enterpise Architect this issue no longer occurs.

The issue was caused by CreateFileW being passed the contents of an xml file
instead of a filename.  Under Windows this returns INVALID_HANDLE, whereas WINE
crashes.
