Windows XP result (combined)

Amazingly, in Chinese Windows, it shows same characters for both
DEFAULT_CHARSET and ANSI_CHARSET. In Korean Windows, it does too. But not in
Japanese Windows.

Because font association is only enabled in Chinese and Korean Windows. It's
not enabled in Japanese one.

If you doubt, please click ``Compare'' button which verifies internal bitmap
images. (I wrote this feature for future testing.)
