I currently don't have a windows machine for testing but it would be great if someone could attach a debugger on windows and take a look at the loaded libraries and their addresses.
I have Windows 10 and Visual Studio Community 2015 installed on my machine. Give me the directions on how to obtain the information you need and I will post it back ASAP.
