I don't have a set up with other compositor handy to test (I might look into
that), but I'll attach the log. The dip in refresh rate happens towards the
end.

Test configuration:

KDE/Kwin: 5.27.9
Linux/amdgpu: 6.6.5
Mesa/radv 24.0.0-devel (git-d11c9f9836)
vkd3d-proton: master (git-c4e6ec186a)
GPU: Sapphire Nitro+ RX 7900 XTX
