Windows 10 on TestBots doesn't report 800x600 and lower resolutions. This
causes some DXGI test failures like

The bug is reported in https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1477492 and
it was fixed by

But this fix is not included in

much for latest). Upgrading the QXL driver to 0.20 from
https://www.spice-space.org/download/windows/qxl-wddm-dod/qxl-wddm-dod-0.20/...
fixed the issue.
