The patch works fine for MS Access 2007!

If you install vb6run and override oleaut32.dll - doesn't hang up on launching
wizards, shows up "error loading dll" when operating with ole widgets in form
design (but you can still add them and change some properties) or trying to
import from .xls.

My ++ to propose this patch for mainstream.
