Using the MacDriver the window frame icon of a program is missing using the X11
driver (without X11 theme) it's available.
To show the issue I include 3 screenshots (zipped): 1st - Mac-native
application, 2nd - x11 window without theming, 3rd - MacDriver window

BTW: using the X11 driver there is also no icon in the window frame.
