Starting from commit 2174717fbd01565f7ba1596078cf0c0ccfc02504 Author: Andrew
Eikum  all application which uses audio (with OSSv4)
rises volume for vmix which it is assigned to to maximum this includes winecfg
when pressed "test audio" in audio tab.
