[Bug 7380] FoxIT pdf reader 2.0 crashes

Thanks Anastasius for the analysis. Just for the info, i sent that
"patch(try3)" to wine-patches long time ago, and if IRC Alexandre said it was
basically correct, but he wanted to know the deeper cause of these crashes (so
as to if the bug was coming from another place inside wine). Apparently not, so
time this gets fixed. I could send the patch again, but the fix outlined by you
in the end ( so in gdi32.StretchDIBits()) looks better to me as well.

I'll see if i can fix something together this weekend. To be continued ;)
