Hi, what application are you trying to run? Please provide name and if possible
downloadlink

The crash is in HWiNFO64A.SYS; According to Google HWiNFO64A.SYS seems to be
HWiNFO AMD64 Kernel driver.  Maybe it`s installed by another app? Or is it
installed by the app you try to run(?)
