[Bug 11808] winefile: broken horizontal scrolling

Maybe this is related: in winecfg's audio tab, when there are e.g. MIDI output
devices (e.g. run timitidy as an ALSA sequencer daemon) the list becomes so
large that a horizontal scroll bar is added.
Scrolling horizontally and then vertically makes individual black pixels appear
to the left of the vertical scrollbar.
Observed in wine-1.1.12
