[Bug 23512] DDO - Silent crash at login

Have hit a stumbling block on the regression test.  After a few bisects, I hit
a place where "There are only skip-ed commits left to test.", and all of the
times I had to skip, the compile breaks in the same way at riched20.  Most of
the skipped commits are in wined3d and gdiplus - I'll focus my testing there
and see if I can find something.
