Working and non-working outputs

I found the cause of my issue.

After my upgrade, somehow the display manager got changed from Wayland to X11,
and I didn't notice.

Changing the display server, and changing the Displayport physical connections
resulted in the following.
Intel ARC A770 GPU (Wayland): Success
Intel ARC A770 GPU (X11): Fail
AMD 5600G GPU (Wayland): Success
AMD 5600G GPU (X11): Success
