Hi Paul, thanks for the new build.  This still has the same failures in the d3d
test.  The dsurface test doesn't fail, but it didn't before, either :-/  I was
just smoking something when I said it had a failure, I guess.

In any case, I get many failures on my machine irrespective of the build
environment.  I can't submit the whole batch of them because the tests hang my
machine.
