new output with wine 0.9.59

With Wine 0.9.59, It's even worse, Install shield can't be installed. I get the
following error:
"Error installing iKernel.exe (0x10000)"
I no longer can install DCOM98, I get the following error:
"A newer version of dcom95 or dcom98 had been installed. To override, you must
uninstall the current version first."

I've join the output of
/media/cdrom/$ LC_ALL=ja_JP
WINEDEBUG="+ole,+typelib,+olerelay,+seh,+relay,+file" wine setup.exe
