[Bug 9313] InstallShield Wizard exits because requires newer system

I figured it out -- use bash.  The file is huge.  I put the original executable
at http://www.skewray.com/FRED_6.40.0_demo_setup.exe and I am transfering the
relay.log file to http://www.skewray.com/relay.log right now, but it won't
finish before I leave.
