It currently reads:

Direct3D utility DLLs ( dlls/{d3d10, d3dx*, d3dcompiler_*} ). Use directx-d3d
for bugs in d3d9, d3d10core, d3d11, wined3d.

but of course directx-d3d is no longer on the list.
