Personally speaking, i would mark this bug as INVALID since the fault wasn't in
whatever application you were running but an outdated version of Wine.

As for getting the latest build of Wine for Mint, you might as well forget
about Mint ever updating their version of Wine and find a Wine PPA for Mint
that offers the latest version.
